Take it easy AmyAnn. Sometimes it takes awhile for things to show up. Don't get discouraged. Keep doing and enjoy the gym. Try to be careful of what you eat especially portion wise. It will happen. You CAN do this.

Hang in there. Just try something small like open faced sandwich with only one slice of bread. Lately I have been cutting back on the amount of meat that I am eating. So together we will succeed.

I'm so frustrated today. I started working out at the gym this week (got my first gym membership ever!) and thought that this was going to be great for my weigh-in this week. I was wrong emoticon I gained 3lbs this week! 3lbs...wth?! I haven't been eating perfect, but it hasn't been horrible either. And I'm sure I didn't gain 3lbs of muscle in one week so what gives? Any ideas to help me with this? I don't want another disappointment next week. Thanks

1st Goal: lose 10% be at 237.4
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 213.6
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 192.2
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 173
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 155.7
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 140
7th Goal: Lose 7% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)
