Take it easy AmyAnn. Sometimes it takes awhile for things to show up. Don't get discouraged. Keep doing and enjoy the gym. Try to be careful of what you eat especially portion wise. It will happen. You CAN do this.

I'm so frustrated today. I started working out at the gym this week (got my first gym membership ever!) and thought that this was going to be great for my weigh-in this week. I was wrong I gained 3lbs this week! 3lbs...wth?! I haven't been eating perfect, but it hasn't been horrible either. And I'm sure I didn't gain 3lbs of muscle in one week so what gives? Any ideas to help me with this? I don't want another disappointment next week. Thanks
