I know some of us are highly motivated, while others are struggling daily to find the motivation to keep going. I thought if we shared ways that we get/stay motivated it might help those who are having a rough time. So....What is your motivation? What do you use when you start slipping and need to focus on your goals again?
One of my motivators is reading success stories of others, especially if that story includes pictures so I can SEE the transformation. I love hearing how people have lost weight and kept it off.
I also used to watch Biggest Loser, but haven't been watching recently because we don't have cable. Watching all those people working to lose weight was a huge motivator for me.
On my computer I have quotes and pictures for weight loss motivation and I have those set to my desktop background. My computer has a feature that allows a slideshow to be on the desktop so all my motivational pieces rotate on my computer.

3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 187
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 168
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 151
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 136
7th Goal: Lose 4% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)
