I think my main motivation is my kids. I want to be able to play sports with them with out being winded. Most activities we have been enjoying lately has been bike riding, basketball and just walking. I want my boys to start healthy so they don't struggle later in life. Every time I skip a workout or eat too much, I remind myself that getting in shape was my idea... I am the one that doesn't like the way I look in the mirror or how my clothes fit.

New motivation for me: smaller clothes/fitting into older clothes I had "out-grown". I was able to buy pants in 20W last week instead of the 22W I've been in for almost a year! Every time I see my new pants I am motivated to keep working on my weight loss! Hoping by the end of May I can go down another size. emoticon

I forgot it was there too. My daughter has that and I was able to watch some I had missed several seasons ago. Perfect for the treadmill! :)

Actually, I found it on Netflix! Since I haven't seen all the seasons I started watching Season 1 and I'm going to work my way through all the seasons. I watch my Netflix shows while I walk on the treadmill so I thought this would be perfect!

AmyAnn, you can still watch the Biggest Loser with your computer. Just go to nbc.com. Then click video. Go to Biggest Loser. You can watch each episode. On TV it is on Tuesday so I watch it Wednesday on the computer. We don't have cable either. This is one of my biggest motivators.

I also like success stories. The way my clothes start to fit better. And the way things are changing in the mirror.

It is fairly easy for me to stay motivated, all I have to do is look around at some of the people I work with that are hitting there workouts so hard.Either that or look at old(very very old) pictures from my college baseball days and I am motivated to get back to that person I used to be, just a 100 years older and a lot slower. emoticon

I know some of us are highly motivated, while others are struggling daily to find the motivation to keep going. I thought if we shared ways that we get/stay motivated it might help those who are having a rough time. So....What is your motivation? What do you use when you start slipping and need to focus on your goals again?

One of my motivators is reading success stories of others, especially if that story includes pictures so I can SEE the transformation. I love hearing how people have lost weight and kept it off.
I also used to watch Biggest Loser, but haven't been watching recently because we don't have cable. Watching all those people working to lose weight was a huge motivator for me.
On my computer I have quotes and pictures for weight loss motivation and I have those set to my desktop background. My computer has a feature that allows a slideshow to be on the desktop so all my motivational pieces rotate on my computer.

I can't wait to hear what motivates you!!!
