i have been with out medicine for over 7 months now , todays first day back on them , I had to set in dr office until 1;30 for to redo blood pressure and check out all other stuff while there.boring.
was told to lose weight again emoticon
wow it sure don't take long for the weight to find a persons body , lol
but to get rid of it emoticon

I can relate to what you are saying, sounds a lot like me. Today has been a rush rush day off to work, panicking the whole while. forgot to take medicine, running without it. another day in paradise, what can I say? tomorrow is coming and today is almost gone. Thanks for listening.

ok. So far establishing and keeping a balance has been difficult. Getting healthy requires I make a lot of changes and break many bad habits. I'm finding I use my days off work to do a lot of things I don't get done on my work days. Still have to work on keeping to my priority list. It is amazing how easy it is to come with a "but" for not doing self-care and do other things instead. Struggling but not giving up.

lol yea I know what you mean BIGBRIGHTSTAR I figured my rooms would only take a hour to clean and they ended up being 2 hours bigger ones 3-4 I am still sorting and ditching things I don't need any more or want .
JUST clean up as you go each day

I tackled my home office Sunday nightasbyday. I thought I would knock it out in 2 hours (It was a mess!) but it actually took me over 5 hours. Yup you heard it right. I threw out alot of stuff and my office looks awesome now! I hope that it will stay that way for awhile! LOL...

That is so awesome that you de-cluttered your house! Night! My husband and I actually started doing that! We need to do more though. It is so hard to decide what to keep and what to get rid of - But you are right- It does look so nice when you get rid of stuff.

yesterday was spent exercising and then when we got stormed out couldn't do no more so just moseyed around house from window to window watching the high winds and down pour,

I went for a 25 minute walk this evening. Not a big deal, but better than I've had time and energy to do lately. My husband found replacements for me, so I can take a break from the Food Bank for awhile. Got to get work done, and have time to walk with my walking poles. emoticon

it worked lol.
well kids woke up at 12 intime for lunch but they didn't get to stay here to eat DD and her ex come got kids, oldest wasn't to happy about it neither was my nephew when he come at 4 to play with oldest grandson them to are only month apart he will be 15 my nephew next month and grandson will be 15 in sept. wow my little guys growing up. hehe
I didn't get nothing done after they left was so tired I feel sleep on couch until 5p.m.
I am now once again ready for bed,

The weather is gorgeous here! It was sunny and cool (maybe high 60s?) today. And I was "stuck" in town, waiting for my car to be fixed. So all I could do was visit a friend on her porch and walk in the sun.

I feel very lucky today! And am grateful that I was forced to not work after my day job, so I could enjoy just being, instead of "doing" all the time.

HILYNN, still not getting anywhere with exercises , am eatting little bit better will last couple days anyway, getting my fruit and veggies again but not the full reqired serving that we are to be munching on,.
water has not been that bad, get in some days over 8 others less than 2 cups .
i did make plans for this month but have not got myself to even start them, thats how bad it is.

i forgot to add those, and my sodium even if i just started that this week last 3days they are under 2,500 for once i went back seen that i was getting almodt 3,000 sodium a day ouch,
no wonder i was a walking time bomb,lol

Silly girl! I went cold turkey with the dew!

Today was my weigh-in day and I am proud to say that I accomplished losing 2 more pounds!

i can"t believe i did it for 2 days pooped out but feeling good emoticon .

I'm celebrating my first day of getting back on track. I've eaten light and healthy all day. I also stopped working early to take care of my health by going for a walk, and am committed to not working for the rest of the day!

Today I did Spin Class for 45 minutes and then ran off the bike for 20 minutes which is great for me. I was able to run with out stopping at all for 9/10 of a mile!!! emoticon

New gyms and trainers at work...week 2

Today I did a series of 5-10-15 modified pushups, sit ups and squats and did 8 sets in 15 minutes....That means 40 pushups, 80 situps and 120 squats! I think I may be sore tomorrow but it was great!!! Did some good stretches afterward and was a good workout. Started with some other stretches and warmed up with walking lunges etc so all in all was a great 45 minute workout.
