Between traveling and wanting to be less and less dependent upon the gym, I'm looking for HIIT and Tabata ideas that don't require gym equipment nor running (an old injury prevents me). I jump rope every day. I jump rope well. I've incorporated it into various circuits but I can't imagine using it for sprints. I'm sure I would miss loads and I wouldn't get the high intensity I'm looking for. Jumping Jacks? Something with stairs? Burpees? Any ideas?
