Since introducing HIIT several years ago, my workouts and their orientations have changed. I rarely do straight-up cardio anymore. Along with a couple of serious HIIT workouts a week, I've elaborated on the notion of interval training and incorporated intervals to various ST heavy circuits often throwing in some pylometrics. I'd like to take further this interval work of primarily bodyweight exercise with the addition of physio balls, medicine balls, bosu balls, dumbbells... and add it into the supersets and circuits of which I already practice in the coming year. Do you have HIIT or interval fitness training intentions for 2013?
