I'm new to the Team & HIIT and I would like to know how do I know (or calculate) how many calories I burn each time I do the HIIT on my Stationary Bike.
I did it the first time yesterday Apr. 10, 2012. A total of 12 minutes:
Stationary Bicycling: moderate 10 minutes, SP tracker showed I burned 86 calories.
Stationary Bicycling: vigorous 2 minutes, SP tracker showed I burned 26 calories.
That doesn't seem like enough to me!
