I tried creating my own tracks using suggestions from http://jog.fm/ for my sprinting and walking speeds to cue me to sprint for 30 seconds and then walk for 90 seconds. However I ran into problems with the free editing software. SO I made the $20 investment and bought the electronica versions from http://www.workoutmusiconline.com/ and that included a link to free mp3 merging software http://www.shchuka.com/software/mergemp3/ THIS SOFTWARE WORKS GREAT! You could just create a 2 minute interval of your own music.....save it eight times "interval 1.mp3"...."interval 2.mp3" and create a warmup and cool down interval and select the 10 mp3 tracks and create your own customized 20 min workout. Or any length for that matter!
That is a great place to start!! I followed the link on that site to the HIIT music site...AWESOME idea!! I'm going to try to make my own mix to reflect my workouts (I'm not a huge fan of electronica, or I'd just buy the ones they had for sale). Thanks for the heads up!!
