Started P90X April 1st...
I am having TROUBLE. I feel ALONE...and unmotivated.
I have a gym membership and enjoy THAT alot...but I NEED a program like P90X to finish out my final 15 lbs. weight goal and BEGIN to work on the beach body I DESIRE.
If there is anyone who wants to friend me...PLEASE DO.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME...newcomers and those who have been successful TOO.
PLEASE share your journey.
I need to connect with people.

I am very devoted to living healthy.
READY to move to the next level with fitness but having hard time being consistent....self motivated on the level I need to be successful.

I go to my gym 5-7 days a week faithfully. THAT IS NOT A PROBLEM.
I am more motivated THERE doing 45-90m zumba style classes, body works (with weights) and step aerobics...BUT IT IS NOT giving me the body I WANT.

I have lost in total -65 lbs. SO FAR...come a long way in many ways.
February 2013 I won a weight loss competition at my gym by taking off -13 lbs. in 30 days.

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the answer.

that's awesome!! It makes such a huge difference when it can be something done WITH loved ones, instead of feeling like it's taking you away from them. Hopefully it's a good bonding (and healthy) experience for you all!

I am also getting my family involved with exercise too. I have two teenage boys and my oldest is going to start doing Hip Hop Abs and my husband has started Les Mills Combat. I am doing P90X/Les Mills Combat Hybrid that I created. I need variety in my life so that is shy I chose a Hybrid to do.

That is so fantastic that you are excited to exercise that is really the key. The minute I get bored it is time to find something new!!!

Started on P90X Lean on Sunday. Completed my second workout last night, the cardio X. I was surprised there was so much yoga in it!

I am really excited to finally be doing this program. My family is doing it with me which is a huge boost to my motivation. In the past, I've always felt like I was abandoning my family when I went to workout (mostly due to their complaints). Now, we are all doing it together - much better. emoticon
