Good for you!!

Just a suggestion, MODIFY. I personally struggled at first trying to keep with Tony so i decided to actually do this, because I was getting overwhelmed and discouraged. At the begining I did fewer reps adjusted the workout at hand till my body gradually was strong enough to do just a bit more.

Hang in there. YOU CAN DO IT!!

I've started this a couple times, but never completed it. I've been thinking seriously of starting it again. I finally got myself going at the Y, but money is feeling tight and since I already have these videos...I'm going to get them out tonight and do some exercise at home.

Im restarting again today also. Havent worked out since april. Been digging out my basement and siding my garage all summer between working 50-60 hours a week so couldnt fit much for workouts in. Now there both done and fall is here im ready to get back after it

I am starting my p90x workout today. I have done the yoga and ab ripper on and off and well, I just need to make myself commit to doing it. I love how at first, I thought I didn't have time to do it, ha, yeah, because I was so busy watching tv. I have changed my mind set and now there is time, there is a pull up bar and there is nothing standing in the way of the fit body I want. I was hoping my husband would want to do it with me, hold each other accountable, but I am hoping this is what the team will do for me!

So, tonight I am headed home to get started...and looking forward to getting fitter and feeling stronger!
