That is still pretty good. Stay focused on your workout and keep pushing 100%. You will probably find that number going down as you get further into your 90 days because of your fitness level increasing. This is a good thing.

Okay, so I wore my HRM for Back & Biceps and ARX. 257 calories burned for B&B and 65 for ARX. That's only 322 calories. I know ST supposedly isn't calculated correctly on HRMs but this is nearly half of what is claimed to be burned. Although, I am still in need of some 8lb weights so maybe I wasn't bringing it as hard. It doesn't take much to lift 5lb weights lol.
Oh well. It's not all about the numbers anyway. It's about looking better in my clothes and being healthier
