INVICTUS_VII You might be a little bit, but soreness usually is worse on the second day. Don't let it discourage you from your next workout. After the warm-up, your muscles will feel a little better. Keep it up!

How is everyone doing? Did you have a great workout today?
I started my 5th week of my classic today. I had to lay off for 2 wks after my Spartan Super. Muscles were wore out and fatigued. Today's workout felt good. Time to go forward and finish out the program.
I'm in my 5th week of the classic program and I can see quite a bit of difference in strength and flexibility. Don't ever discount the small accomplishments. These will keep you motivated to keep going.
