LOL, glad you understood it and now you know how to do it, I would adjust it every time you lose 10lbs or so emoticon

Oh, that works!

Thanks, Sue! Learned something new and fixed my calorie range (I was never able to hit my old one anyway!)

Thanks Jess and Sue for your replies! I have also found that it doesn't change the calorie intake automatically, I will try what you suggest Sue. emoticon

Hi, no it doesn't change automatically. You need to go to your start page and down below the bits that say weight change from ? to ? and click on change. On the next page put it what you weigh now and what you want to be by a certain date and then save and when you go back to your start page after that it says what your new cal range is. Hope you can understand that

hugs
sue

I think it adjusts itself according to your weign-ins and fitness minutes you enter.
I'm not 100% sure though... so let's see if someone knows for sure :D

I am not following how to change calorie requirements as I lose weight, so that I continue to lose weight. I think I need a step by step tutorial, so that I can follow what I am supposed to do. I am not finding an answer in the FAQ's. Please help!! emoticon

Thanks!! 'Hope everyone is having a good day! emoticon
