After losing some weight, I have reached a point where the numbers don't go down anymore.
Frustratingly enough, it has been going on for 3 weeks. My weight loss is painfully slow, and I mean it, the antidepressants (that are very efficient dealing with my depression) do no help when talking weight loss.
How do you guys deal with weight loss plateaus? any tips?
We spend too much time living in the ‘what if’ and need to learn to live in the ‘what is.’
