It has been quite a while since I logged on to this website. In a way I gave up because the task seemed to hard to me.
After a few months of absence I am back, 16 lbs thinner and with a bit more or energy as I started to walk daily for about 30 mins.
I accepted the fact that it is going to be a very slow process, I take medication and Im am 42...so reality sets in. After the euphoria of the first lbs lost, comes the hard work, the responsibility and persistence. It wont be easy, I will stumble and maybe fall on the way but hey! I am ready for it, it won't surprise me if it happens, I am only human...but I am ready to get up and keep fighting. I am ready for what is to come. Ariel

We spend too much time living in the ‘what if’ and need to learn to live in the ‘what is.’
