All I can think of off hand is St. John's Wort which is a supplement and not an actual food. Well, of course there's chocolate. It's supposed to have chemicals in it that boosts your mood.

I have read somewhere that there are indeed certain types of food that can booster good mood.
Do you know of any? I am going to conduct a little search and see what I can find to include in my new new new... lifestyle. Any suggestions?
