I too was sort of an emotional eater myself. However, I have learned to curb the eating and instead focus elsewhere.

i guess i am a slow learner
For the past few days my depression and anxiety has been high and my normal behavior would be to eat and binge on food. Since I started Spark people 3 weeks ago I have learned to change my behavior and stop the emotional eating.
Now I face a new challenge. When I get upset or anxious I stop eating and the hunger pangs start but instead of eating I have become comforted or maybe distracted by the feeling of hunger and go days without reaching my minimum calorie level. I go to bed hungry and wake early to go to the gym, I feel like I am going from one extreme to the other.
I am a Confident, Powerful, Successful person who can Achieve Anything.
