I made a burger out of garbanzo beans. I mashed up half a cup (1 point), sauteed an onion, pepper and garlic together, then mixed it with the beans and added 2 tablespoons falafel mix (1 point), pistachio nuts (2 points) and an egg white with 1/4 cup of wheat bran (no points) and had it on a (1 point wrap). It was 5 points total and was really good and really filling. This would be good with a salad on top. I mixed in some dijonaisse and vinegar together to make a no points sauce.
