At my meeting last night, a lot of the people who hadn't been there in a couple of weeks were pleasantly surprised by their weigh-ins - they didn't turn out as badly as they'd worried they might.
So, take a deep breath, and hop back on that scale. You can do this! And those meetings are a life-saver - at least for me. I've only missed two since April, and I know I would be far worse off if I hadn't gone as much as I have.
I know the feeling. My WW leader has been away for two weeks and I have been too. Need to go Weigh In today and not looking forward to what the scale is going to tell me. But I told myself this time was going to be different - I am not giving up and I will face the music! We can do this! A minor setback is all this is. It is time for a recommitment!
Exercise is the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth!
