I'm heading back on Monday - my mother started back again this past Monday and thinks she really is going to like the new Momentum program as well.

I know I can do this - lol, I've done it before!

this week lost 2.2-

one good thing about rejoining last week was.... this weeks class was extra crowded with new or rejoiners-next week just waiting for more enrollee's.

I've been gone for 2 weeks...vacation out of the country....and now i'm back...gotta 'face the music' and deal with it!

You'll enjoy the new Momentum Program. I'm finding it much easier than the Flex Plan. I'm not as hungry so therefore, don't eat as much. Just make the decision to go. That's the biggest step. ENJOY!

As a staff receptionist, I can tell you that attending meetings is one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal. I have learned so much from our members.

I even went last night although I am visiting out of state for a while.

Hi Mary and don't worry, there's BOUND to be someone worse off than you, no matter how naughty you've been over the past few months.

The best thing about the weigh-ins is that the leaders have all been in our shoes and can sympathise (so, even if you DO break the scales, you can relax a bit!!! LOL)

At my meeting last night, a lot of the people who hadn't been there in a couple of weeks were pleasantly surprised by their weigh-ins - they didn't turn out as badly as they'd worried they might.

So, take a deep breath, and hop back on that scale. You can do this! And those meetings are a life-saver - at least for me. I've only missed two since April, and I know I would be far worse off if I hadn't gone as much as I have.

I know the feeling. My WW leader has been away for two weeks and I have been too. Need to go Weigh In today and not looking forward to what the scale is going to tell me. But I told myself this time was going to be different - I am not giving up and I will face the music! We can do this! A minor setback is all this is. It is time for a recommitment!


Exercise is the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth!
