I'm having major problems trying to keep within the recommended range every day (32g-56g).
I have 2 tablespoons of flax oil in my morning smoothie, that's 28g fat before I step outside the door. I know it's one of the HEALTHY oils, but it still bumps up my fat grams. I usually have a handful of nuts at some stage to keep me going, and that's usually another 12g, bringing me up to 40g fat before I eat my lunch or dinner.
Any suggestions???? It's very frustrating!
