I did 40 minutes on the treadmill :D I was all excited about calories burned until I read online how inaccurate it is LOL, but hey at least I got up and moved!

Today I did NOT fall off the Nordic Track and managed to increase from 10 minutes to 15 minutes... to get fit.

I haven't ever fallen off, but I'm very shaky! I picked up that Nordic Track a few years ago at a garage sale for $5 and have never really gotten into it. It takes a while to in the groove.

Another thing I did today ... to get fit was reach out to my local community to find a Planet Fitness workout buddy. And I found one! It's really out of my comfort zone to meet up with a stranger to do something as personal as working out, but hey.... what I've been doing for years isn't working, so, I need to try something different, even if it's out of my comfort zone. Yeah me!

Yesterday I felt really motivated. I went to the grocery store, washed my car, and walked 30 minutes on my treadmill. emoticon
Today, I walked the tunnels at work for about 15 minutes and plan to use the treadmill again this evening. I keep repeating, "small steps, small steps..."
