I am in on a 4 pound weight loss. I am new to this group and to a challenge so I am not quite sure how all of this works? I did 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer at the Southdale YMCA does that count? Is there anyone else that works out at this Y?
I'm in! I need a challenge desperately and am ready to take it on! I am struggling with my food choices so it's do something about that (as I sit uncomfortably in my desk chair with a BLOATED tummy from a huge and fattening lunch that I should never ever have ordered!)
