We're going this year (yay, only a few weeks left until our vacay!) and bringing our 18-month son. Looking for tips and "must dos" for those with little ones (ie: best ride, best area to bring them, etc) and also foods I HAVE to try and healthy foods to help me stay a little on-track. I know I'll be doing a ton of walking and want to try at least one deliciously evil food, but don't want to get home and be 10 lbs heavier.
Also, as a visitor to your beautiful city(cities)- any restaurants you love that we should try? Again, have a toddler in tow. We're staying at a hotel in Eagan, close to MOA. Oh and we're going to the zoo too for one day. Any food ideas and toddler activity ideas would be much appreciated!
