I'm not sure what exactly is allowed or not. Technically, you're not supposed to advertise or promote anything. But, I read that as not promoting your own product. If something gets posted that isn't allowed, I assume the worst that would happen is that it would get removed.
That said, I use CardioTrainer for tracking my fitness on my phone. As the name implies, it is more focused on tracking walks/runs/bike rides. But, you can track any exercise with it. It maps and calculates your routes when you are outside, but you need to manually enter exercise done indoors. There are probably a slew of better/newer apps out there, but I used CardioTrainer from the beginning, so I stick with it. I enter that information into SparkPeople on my PC as well. I'd sure love for SP to sync with CardioTrainer and other apps out there.
