I bought a new bike In April at Erik's in St. Louise Park. The sales associate name was Aaron and talk about a wonderful individual knowledgeable individual to work with! Unfortunately, due to serious accident after I bought the bike, I could not ride until the last part of May.The shop held my new bike for six weeks. Once I started riding again, I knew Aaron sold me the perfect bike for me! I shopped at all the bike stores around the Twin Cities area. Most of the prices were all within $50 of each other. What it boiled down to was the sales person who worked with me, test riding the bike several times, being able to come back for help and location convenience. After being caught in standstill traffic o I94 due to the aftermath of an accident, I decided I would stay with a close shop.

You can find a lot of information at this site: Teamestrogen.com. New bikes are always discussed, pros and cons, and why should you deal with a local Bike shope (LBS).

I would recommend Hub Cycle, it is a co-op with the best prices around. One location is at Midwest Mountaineering the other is on Minnehaha Avenue just south of Lake Street. The Minnehaha one is the larger, has an excellent selection of both new and used bikes and a very knowledgeable staff who are all committed bike riders.

It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit
