I'm very excited to go see my sister, I have told her that it is very important that I don't gain any weight while I am visiting her out of state. She says she is on board but I am still concerned. She lives in the south so it is going to be HOT. Luckily, she has a swimming pool so I know we will be able to swim laps and be active there. We had been planning canoe trips and bike riding but it's supposed to be in the 100's. I guess we can hike (she lives in a VERY hilly place) in the mornings.
I wonder if any of you have other ideas that might be helpful.
