I might - I'd have to try them together to see how they look. Depends on the style of the dress.
I'm a big fan of the unexpected note in an ensemble - things don't need to match, but they do need to "go" together.
I'd think if it's a mostly brown print, and a bright teal (not a dark teal), they'd be fine together, especially with gold jewelry (maybe a little chunky or even a burnished gold, to give it an earthier look to complement the leopard print shoes). Or even natural wood jewelry, to bring out the brown of the shoes. And probably a brown purse, no?
Personally, I think that if you accessorize the right way, you can make it work. I've worn a light blue blazer with leopard shoes before and just made sure that my accessories complemented both the shoes and the blazer. I think teal and brown go really well together, so if your leopard shoes have a brown that you can work with in terms of accessories, go for it! Or maybe there's another color in your shoes that you think can go really well with the teal, that's great too!
