Ok... We are both in a twilight fashion zone!! I have been the same way, very dissatisfied with my purchases of late, I get my hopes high and swoosh...topples down...
I saw them--They look so good though!! That cream/ black was soooooo cute !! If anything NB, you hit the style and gorgeousness factor bullseye. Glad the purchases at Macy's came through....

Problem with the tees - they're part polyester, part linen - so they pill. Badly. My solid linen (knit) tanks don't pill at all - so I guess the poly adds some weirdness to make it pill!

Three tees for $30 - how could I not? This blue, a solid black, and a heather grey. Looks great with black pants, jeans, shorts, a straight skirt. And they're polyester(gasp) and linen, so they have a nice texture. Great for my travel wardrobe, which was looking a bit lackluster.
I am not really trendy, but more classic. I figured I could get in a little on the mint green and coral trend. Along with a skirt that has a bold print. And after those trends are long gone those pieces wont make me look like a tragic fashion victim if I keep wearing them.

Yeah, there are colors I can't wear near my face, but I can manage a bit in a print.
I'm loving the lace trend this spring - seeing little lace dresses down here. And yay for pink!!!
I think I am going to get the ivory shrug and the shoes in purple instead.
I already have undergarments so that the dress is not so low cut.

Ahh you do? I did wonder! I love topshop's tall range they only do it online which is a shame but it really is very good! Cigarette trousers are just straight cut and tapered I'm thinking might not be so flattering considering I have quite big calfs for a lady. I really don't know whether to order, I'm thinking if I wait till boxing day I might grab them in the sale but I run the risk of them being out of stock. They are quite bold though there will maybe be loads. Or I can order them now then find them in the sale in less than a week and be super cheesed!? Sorry about the late reply I've been thinking about the kids thing quite alot, we don't really have any really good kids fashion here. We only have little boys in our family just now and there isn't as much out their for them to wear as the choice you get for little girls.

Has a pretty fantastic range of kids clothes but I'm not 100% sure if they ship over seas? The little jumpers and dresses are classics though so sweet! :D
I love skinnys I pretty much live in them for work so simple to wear, I must confess I'm not 100% keen on the wet look ones they look amazing when you first put them on but I find they tend to go a little baggy at the knees and toosh after a few hours of wearing, they are defo more for standing at the bar rather than any sort of movement. lol Let me know what you think when you get them though! :D
These are the ones I wear all the time, I have them in 5 colours and find they don't seem to go baggy like some others. Also some in both long and short leg so not only can I wear them but my mum who is almost a foot shorter than me can wear the same ones too! :D

I bought black linen pants today - fairly wide-legged, with strings to ruche the sides. I'll take these on the trip instead of my current black slacks (fitted) and a pair of navy sweats (well, sweat pant fabric, but with cuffed and tabbed botttoms).
The new pants will replace two pair of pants - so I'll be able to take one item less!!!!!

MJ, we're starting with New Zealand (arrive a week from Wed.) where it will be early spring and a bit cool - heading probably to Australia after a few months, so it'll be HOT - so I need clothes to layer, as well as different seasons. So I have two pair of long pants, one pair jeans, one pair of cropped pants, two pair of shorts, two skirts, two sweaters, one heavy heavy sweater, one rain jacket, three long sleeved tops, three short sleeved tops, probably five or six sleeveless tops - one pair of sandals, one pair of sneakers/walking shoes, and one pair of river rafting shoes that also work for hiking. One rain jacket, one lightweight jacket. The rest is undies, toiletries, drawing supplies, laptop computer, stuff like that. Oh, three scarves, one hat, one pair mittens - apparently it gets SUPER cold in NZ sometimes, when the wind blows up from the antarctic.
Doesn't sound like much, but the rolling luggage weighs at least 70 lbs!!!

I can see myself having "issues" with Dillard's...after I checked out the lovely bangles you got-I stumbled upon some very lovely Kenneth Cole stud earrings that really caught my fancy...and reasonable prices too? then this cute navy jacket... I'm about to dive in... deep!! lol....thanks Chica!!
