I ran/walked one mile today on my lunch break. I love being able to run further than the day before! That means progress! I plan on walking my dog after work, the same mile. ....and then tap class tonight! Mondays are active days! I love it! :)

even 10 min is better than 0 min!

i had a really great workout on monday, i did 30 min each on the elliptical and then the cybex, burned 500 calories, yay!

i have been really good with cardio the past two weeks with my class actually. I did 35 min of elliptical on both tues and wed, and i will again tomorrow. i gotta be careful about not slacking on the bootcamps this week tho

Ah Ryann ... since day before yesterday i am having weired pain on top part of my hand .. i don't know i feel it in bone....i had so much plan to do at least 4 this week but well form last two days this is what i have done so far:

July 5th : no Cardio but abs and some exercises from Basic workout for 40 mins

July 6th : was able to do 20 mins treadmill and legs workout form basic... ( i had to break my basic routine due to the hand pain and i think i will completely do one basic today )

Results: well last week i was trying to do some diet ...Low carb diet along with exercise so i lost some lbs but as i gained before so my ticker isn't moving much but yes i did loose last week ...

To cut long story short .. to me its weired i have to workout alot to see result on scale but i see instant result INCH wise..:)

wow tahira, you've been so consistent! are you seeing results yet?

i ate sooo much yesterday night at the 4th of july party, i wasnt hungry at all this morning. i always eat breakfast but didnt want it today. and then went to the gym, did 60 min of cardio and was only moderately hungry at the end of it.

onto bootcamp now, gotta do it today so i can get another one in before the end of the week and get my challenge points!

Treadmill for 20 mins in the morning and just finished basic boot camp ...its amazing today was the first time i did the the exercises ,just except the big bands one b/c i don't have it ,completed all for 30 set ...and it took exact one hr .... wow for accuracy ....previously i was able to do some exercise for 15-20 reps... ..but i feel good now...:)

CHARITO33 i appreciate your comments.... I am just trying my best .. Its too much now for me this time i am gonna loose it for sure ... i m gonna kick myself for it .. by my birthday i have to be in my 120s at least .. so i have 4 months for it and almost 12-15 lbs to hit that goal ... so lets see...

Today i did 10 mins elliptical at gym then 20 mins treadmill and almost 5 mins of bike..i was trying to do the 3 mins each exercise and then keeping the pace but then 2 more people came in our community Gym so we don't have much machine that's why i couldn't do much .. i also did some abs for 20 mins so a total of one hr.....

Today I walked 30min but I want to start afresh from monday, got my PMS and it kind of put me down but from monday I will nail it everyday as you are doing now. Great to see so many motivated people :)

I had a super-busy exercise day yesterday! I did 30 min each on the elliptical and cybex machines at lunch. Then, when I got home my fiance wanted to play tennis, so we did for almost an hour - thats 110 min of cardio! i think I'll take it easy today...
