Ah Ryann ... since day before yesterday i am having weired pain on top part of my hand .. i don't know i feel it in bone....i had so much plan to do at least 4 this week but well form last two days this is what i have done so far:
July 5th : no Cardio but abs and some exercises from Basic workout for 40 mins
July 6th : was able to do 20 mins treadmill and legs workout form basic... ( i had to break my basic routine due to the hand pain and i think i will completely do one basic today )
Results: well last week i was trying to do some diet ...Low carb diet along with exercise so i lost some lbs but as i gained before so my ticker isn't moving much but yes i did loose last week ...
To cut long story short .. to me its weired i have to workout alot to see result on scale but i see instant result INCH wise..:)
