It's September now, and I've achieved many of the goals I set out for myself like:
paying off a credit card (back up due to paying for my daughters college expenses :(
getting under 200pds 8/2012
working out consistantly
But I have a few goals that I want to meet before the year is out:
getting that credit card back down to half
getting back into "The Word" I've been slacking
My goals for 2012 is to stay motivated and inspired to exercise regularly, eat healthy and not over doing it to lose between 40-50lbs. I want to go on a mini shopping spree for my birthday in November and I refuse to purchase the size I'm currently in.
My goal this year is to eat better, exercise more, overall I want to be healthier and feel better. By the end of the year I want to be 70lbs lighter!!! *finger crossed*
TIME 2 GET FIT!!
Goals for 2012: Get active and back in shape, lose weight or inches but mainly just fit back in my old size clothes (12/14), STAY SMOKE-FREE, find a teaching job, and get out of debt!
My goal is to lose 80 lbs in 2012 and to make healthy eating a lifestyle for me so that I can maintain.
I am going to run at least 3 5k's, 2 10ks and train for a half marathon! i've never been a runner and I started running 6 weeks ago, i'm doing couch to 5k and struggling but I'm doing it! And I am going to get under 200pds!

my goal for 2012 is to lose at least 50 pounds(really wanna lose 80)... I want to be healthier, and get rid of my hypertension... I want to be able to walk up a flight of stairs and not run out of breath... I want to be able to play with my kids for more than 5 minutes at a time....
I started counting calories tis week
I'm just me.

Okay 2012 is nine days away..
