i am only 5 weeks back in training... i have been running 3 minutes and walking 1. i misplaced my garmin GPS before thursdays run..... and ran the majority of the 28 minute run. i think i am using my GPS as an excuse for walk breaks...... i have made the decision to leave it home tomorrow and run as much as i can and walk what i hAVE TO... am i making the right decision...
