Keeping cool (in thought) on the second night of a house party (a backyard away) that lasted until 2 a.m. The good thing: the participants, on the street, said they were waiting for rides so that they could be driven home -- Good move, after liquid partying.

Riding the bicycle to and from yoga class. I didn't think there would be enough "uumph" in the legs for a yoga practice; but there was plenty to work with. The ride home was especially pleasant.
Going for an outing by car with a special someone, and discovering a new restaurant. That's something that is great to share with a special someone.

A huge part of global healthcare is the educationg of WOMEN.

This is exactly why! When the woman of the house makes educated decisions (aka over the dinner table) the family follows suit. Glad you are indirectly helping your husband and your family.

This isn't a big thing, but I didn't weigh myself today! I normally step on my scale as part of my morning routine. I feel a little uncertain not knowing my weight, but hopefully I'll be more motivated to keep trying when I don't know my weight on a daily basis.

To have what you've never had, you must do what you've never done.

Got over my goal for 1000 exercise minutes for Feb.. whoo hooo 1170 mins.

Curves today 30 mins & 20 mins shoveling.. Gonna do my abs and shoulder exercises in few.

Glad you got in a great walk with the dogs SeaGlassQueen.

Today, I decided that I am going to shovel off our back deck. I started and got 1/10th of it done in one hour. The snow is hard and heavy, really good work out. It's a BIG deck!!

Good for you gingycat! I am somewhat proud of all the shovelling I did on our deck. However, I don't have much to show for it as the snow is coming down, and lots of it. I know I got a great workout and that the deck is in better condition to take on the continuing snowfall.

Day # 3 - Week # 2 - 5K Training Program - Completed.

Took this one outdoor instead of the treadmill. It was very difficult on the pavement when it came to do the running. But I Got R-Done.
