Hi there! I've been away for the summer working in the kitchen of a camp -- had a great time!! Guess what -- did enough physical activity walking around that kitchen, lifting those pots, scrubbing those floors, etc.etc.etc.; that it didn't hinder my weight lost goals. I am encouraged
Glad to start back to the fall routine today which includes being involved in SparkPeople again.
How did you keep on track this summer if your routine was totally different with vacations, work schedule, more kids around or whatever?
