I am getting back to writing down my food for the day. Do 45 mins on my Wii Fit
I think planing your meals for the next day is a very good idea

Its never to late to change yourself

Good for you Loonietoon for sticking with it! That is an awesome commitment!

My sister lives in Fredericton as do my inlaws. I love the city - so clean. I love walking in Odelle Park. Beautiful spot.

TOday we walked around the home show for about 2 hours. When we left - we had to climb about 3 flights of stairs to get to where I had parked the car. I really felt the stairclimber workout I did yesterday at the gym. Man my legs hurt!

I am 150 calories short on my workout routine for this week. I have been going to the gym on a regular basis since the first of the year.My goal is a minimum of 90 minutes and 900 calories per week. Don't want to spoil my streak. Probably will hit the pavement in a few minutes. Sunny but windy here in Fredericton.

Hey everybody,

THought I would start a new post for this week. Things have been going ok - but not great. I havent seen the scale move at all in the past few weeks. I have been going to the gym - but I am also not eating very well.

This week I am going to plan my meals for the week and then follow it. I will go to the gym at least 4 times this week. This is my promise to myself.

I hope everyone is having a great day. TOday we are off to the HOme Show at Harbour Station here in Saint JOhn.

What is everyone else doing this week to make themselves more accountable?
