THought I would start a new post for this week. Things have been going ok - but not great. I havent seen the scale move at all in the past few weeks. I have been going to the gym - but I am also not eating very well.
This week I am going to plan my meals for the week and then follow it. I will go to the gym at least 4 times this week. This is my promise to myself.
I hope everyone is having a great day. TOday we are off to the HOme Show at Harbour Station here in Saint JOhn.
