My sister lives in Fredericton as do my inlaws. I love the city - so clean. I love walking in Odelle Park. Beautiful spot.
TOday we walked around the home show for about 2 hours. When we left - we had to climb about 3 flights of stairs to get to where I had parked the car. I really felt the stairclimber workout I did yesterday at the gym. Man my legs hurt!
I am 150 calories short on my workout routine for this week. I have been going to the gym on a regular basis since the first of the year.My goal is a minimum of 90 minutes and 900 calories per week. Don't want to spoil my streak. Probably will hit the pavement in a few minutes. Sunny but windy here in Fredericton.
THought I would start a new post for this week. Things have been going ok - but not great. I havent seen the scale move at all in the past few weeks. I have been going to the gym - but I am also not eating very well.
This week I am going to plan my meals for the week and then follow it. I will go to the gym at least 4 times this week. This is my promise to myself.
I hope everyone is having a great day. TOday we are off to the HOme Show at Harbour Station here in Saint JOhn.
