Hello all! One thing I have been trying to include in my diet is smoothies.. The one problem that I have is that I cannot handle the seeds.. most of the smoothie packages I've seen have strawberries and raspberries.. I don't mind the taste of the smoothies but once I bite/chew on a seed, I am just done.. I have not tried a chocolate/banana smoothie yet but that is next on my list.. Also, what kind of things do you all put into your smoothies?.. I have heard of people putting whey protein and such but I honestly don't know what all of those things are or what they do.. so I'm just curious to see what my fellow picky eaters do for smoothies!
