I don't know if you're interested or not, but I'm on the chair exercise team, and chair exercises are what I do on my bad days. If you join this team, the team leaders will send you a link to the chair exercises and there's a list to choose from for your upper body, lower body, core, etc.

I would ask your PT on what would be best. Good luck to you. I may be headed for back surgery. I will know in about 3 weeks after the rest of my tests are done and consult with my DR. What kind of surgery did you have if I may ask?
I am recovery from back surgery so what is the best exercise to strengthen my back and core areas? I am done with PT and walking 1 to 2 miles three times a week. Thanks.
