I don't know if you're interested or not, but I'm on the chair exercise team, and chair exercises are what I do on my bad days. I would ask your PT on what would be best. Good luck to you. I may be headed for back surgery. I will know in about 3 weeks after the rest of my tests are done and consult with my DR. What kind of surgery did you have if I may ask?
