Hello Ruth, I'm back, only my name is now Jocko56beer2. I've been away all summer trying to deal with new neuropathies and bone spurs touching my spinal cord. I have10 now and 3 of them are in my neck,causing lots of problems and pain. four in the thoracic spine, I can hardly feel those four touching the spinal cords Dura. and Three more in my lumbar causing severe pain to the legs.
Since my pain killer has quit working after just four hours, I ice up the lumbar until all the lower lumbars nerves are all numb, then I can walk a short distance with a cane. I'm trying to go further every day but it can be very tough to do. I have pain in my lumbar,L5,S1 that is herniated and causing severe pain to the right pelvic bone. Man, that hurts like you know what.
