my clothes are loose also and both dh and i get plenty of compliments on how much weight we must have lost. :)

I haven't stepped on the scales since the 1st, but my clothes are getting bigger and bigger. I never took my measurements but I will do so the next time I weigh in. My endurance is improving daily. So I have other ways to measure progress in addition to my weight.

Pat, that is good, you are not gaining. I will weighin Tues. Been a busy day. Supposed to be nasty, cold weather here tomorrow. I probably will stay in with this cough. I am better, but not 100%. Had to go to have Mammo yesterday, and it wass cold, damp and I don't think it was good for me.

Isn't it satisfying to say I don't need to lose 10lbs . I am not complacent it took me a long time to lose 30lbs. I do not intend to gain any this year. A 5lb loss would be lovely. Happy new year
