And I have added don't go out for fried chicken. I had been going out for that in the evening and am on my 2nd day since I started counting.

Pat thanks. It sure is better for me than fried chicken and hamburgers and bread. I thought it wouldn't be dessert. I think dessert is cake, pie, ice cream, cookies. Dark chocolate is mostly cocoa. It is wonderful that I thought it was plenty sweet when before it tasted bitter.

All of that cleaning should count as exercise also Pat.

Both- dark - chocolate and almonds are good for you. It's the high surgery things that should count as desserts.
I had to quit counting my exercise days because I am using my energy to
Deep clean. Looking pretty good around here.
Will start back working out again very soon.

I went 232 days w/o desserts. I don't know if you count 1/2 serving of dark chocolate as dessert or not. I had been going out for fast food that wasn't good for me in the evening. This evening I ate the dark chocolate and a few unsalted almonds. I'm sure it was better for me and the dark chocolate which tasted bitter before tonight tasted perfectly sweet.

It is my 152 days w/o carry out pizzza.
