I think it was fine. The G for goal should be easy to understand.
But when you are not happy with a post you can always delete and start over.

I was made aware this morning of how much Love and Peace are lacking in so many lives, so here is my new daily affirmation (it may be updated at times). So few of us have heard the words, "I love you," and so many of us need to hear them.

Ok ! Wiser--will not expect you and your black kitty cat to appear at our door tomorrow night among the 500 trick or treaters we greet annually.
We would much prefer to give apples or pennies( Which we have done when we ran out of treats. )
But Instead we have stocked up with one small candy per tricker .
This is what the little ones are there for and who are we to disappoint them?
we enjoy praising their costumes, and
Their parents are in charge of their diets.

Now that I have that off my chest--

Your Affirmation is a very good one that I will affirm also. I have already conquered the Soda's including the sugar free ones. You are again leading the way.

Exercise does wonderful things: it boosts my mood, releases tension and reduces my blood pressure, improves my sleep. It helps build muscle, lose fat, feel great, clears skin, enhances mental clarity, increases sex drive, slows or reverses aging. Who could ask for more????!!!

An affirmation is thought, words, or statement one makes to oneself to bring about changes in one's life--to change behavior, for example. It programs one's sub-conscious. Good books to read on this subject are those by Maxwell Maltz's Psycho-Cybernetics. Athletes use affirmations to improve their performance.
