Been distracted by installing the security camera. Will set up the SD card feature today.
Now must have car towed to the garage to get it drivable again.
Then out on errands sorely needed during three months of the deep freeze!
At some point, I will open up the exercise DVD and start working on me.

02/07: only 7,283 steps yesterday! Spent all day Monday and a big chunk of Tuesday on the phone with customer service persons trying to connect the security camera to my router! NOW, I learned that I have to program all the neat things it does! I expected it to be running out of the box! Oh, well, that means more hours sitting and chatting with their customer service people. I hope to have the programming completed by Friday when the SD card arrives!

01:28: 11,469 steps yesterday. Got a late start, but made up in the early evening doing exercises mostly in my chair while watching TV. There are exercises on my bed (legs & crunches, and sit and stand on the edge of the bed), in the kitchen while waiting for my morning mug of coffee or frying bacon, in the hallway, and in my armchair. I have created exercises--some count steps. I enjoy isometrics, which do not count steps. Keep moving to keep moving.

I spent HOURS yesterday on computer and phone with Best Buy and D-link people trying to get the new security camera to function! Ended up ordering a new router, SD card, and surge protector. They will arrive next week. I was so exhausted last evening, I went to bed early and slept 10:28 hours! The router cost more than the camera! BUT will be worth it to catch those creeps who come on my patio!

I got a fitbit for Christmas and so I have been tracking my steps. I live in an apartment and walk the halls. I also joined an exercise group twice a week and we do Cardio, strength training, and balancing. I have been averaging 8000 steps a day. Yesterday I walked 9000 steps.

Is anyone exercising or tracking steps? One of my goals for 2017 is to walk outside twice a day to get sun and fresh air. Care to join me??

My elderly exercise bike is under a cover on the patio, and I will move my elderly weight bench next to it. Looking for a waterproof cover for it. Come Spring, they will be used every day. When flowering plants are hanging on the plant stands, it will be a pleasant place to exercise.

An uninvited bug came to visit Christmas evening! Doing better but not taking many steps. Taking lots of Ester C and drinking lots of water. Taking in more fruits, veggies, and yogurt to boost immune system. Much better, but tired--needing more sleep.

My daily exercises are puny by yours but I am getting back in step and walking each day ,I don't count steps but do a 10 min home exercise session each morning plus a 20 min walk daily . That is helping me recover from surgery, Ree
