I'm with you Pat. My Mom lived to be 86. She had a heart condition. Towards the end of her life was sad ,(she lived with me) it wasn't easy for her not to be able to do all the things she wanted to.

Nana, I'm not sure which book, but the latest one that came yesterday and which I am excited about is Joseph Christianno's "BLOODTYPE O DIET," which is my blood type. He does have one out on all blood types, and possibly your blood type. I read Dr. D'Adamo's books on eating for blood types decades ago. This new one has all the updated information, and the author cites D'Adamo's books. There are food lists that benefit us, one list for "neutral" foods, and then one for foods to avoid. I will be getting rid of the "avoid" foods today.

Other new books: "The Happiness Die"t by Graham and Ramsey, and from Readers Digest, "The Digest Diet." Both are excellent. Lots of good information. Roberta

Thank you, Nana, glad to hear it worked. In one of Michael Mosley's video's the results showed that even a walk will reduce the fat circulating in one's blood. After seeing his videos, I am really motivated to get moving again. A new book on my blood type is to be delivered today.
