These facts are great. Thanks for posting the list. Also, I have found that 1/4 cup of non-liquid foods usually = 1 oz. That might make measuring easier.

I have never come across any information breaking down the serving size for specific nuts. The general rule is 1 oz. of any kind of nuts.

Does anyone know of a handy printable chart which lists how many / how much nuts equals one ounce for almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, pecans?
