I wear a pedometer daily so I wouldn't know for sure. I'm guessing since I'm only 5'1" a mile would take more steps for me than someone taller. Yesterday I walked 10225 steps and it was 4.19 miles.

I stay on my road and I don't change lanes.

How long in minutes/hrs approximately does it take to walk 10,000 steps? I have lost my last 2 pedometers and refuse to buy another, so I thought I'd estimate.,. If I walk only average pace (not really brisk walking)
