I did watch the rest of this last night. The best part of the movie is the last 20 min or so.

Kinda pissed about not being a mermaid, but I am a Pisces, so that's kinda the same thing.

I've heard of it, but not really interested. Outer space flicks are way down on my list of favorite sub-genres. Of course there are exceptions - the Aliens & Riddick franchises come to mind

I'm looking for my inner athlete, but I'm afraid I may have eaten her. If I'm very quiet I can hear her screams of terror.

Overall, I liked this movie.

It would have been awesome if it wasn't a "shaky camera" film. I really hate these films. I know the directors do this for an authentic filming experience, but it's really annoying. I recently tried to watch VHS. It was shaky and annoying and a little sickening. (Motion sickness, that is.)

If the "shaky" movie has an awesome story, etc, I usually stick with it. The Cloverfield monster was totally worth watching the film. But with a film like VHS, I really need more substance in order to stick with it.

The camera work drove me crazy but overall it is a good movie. I did have to turn on my subtitles as I couldn't always understand what was being said in Apollo 18.

I agree, it was a bit slow, but for the "lost footage" genra it was good.

Apollo 18 is a "found footage" movie from 2011 currently playing on Netflix Instant View.

"There's a reason we've never gone back to the moon."

More info here:

I watched most of it last night. It's kinda slow to get going to me and all the camera shaking and static and glitchy film is annoying. I fell asleep before the end, so I will be watching the rest of it tonight. I'm not sure if I like it much yet or not. ...

Have you seen it? What did you think?

Have a fabulous Friday!
