I love this movie. It actually does the classic baby stroller by the sea-not enough funds to shoot a tentacle grabbind the stroller- so two massive semi's pass infront of the camera (mom left stroller to go say hi to a friend across the street), she turns around, trucks have finished passing- stroller gone. It was awesome. low budget, sort of campy, trying to be jaws- just very fun

“Do not let your fire go out spark by irreplaceable spark... Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have never been able to reach. The world you desire can be won. It exists.. it is real…. It is possible…. It’s yours. “ Ayn Rand (Atlas Shrugged)
It was actually in the theaters in the 70's. I remember watching it many moons ago. I just checked Netflix. They don't have, but don't worry, I remember it being really bad. The Beast is much better. A mini-series from the 90's about a giant octopus or squid, I can't remember. The Beast is on Netflix.

Good morning team. Today's movie is a creature feature, Tentacles (1977)
Several people disappear from and at the sea. Their bodies are found gnawed to the skeleton, even the marrow is missing. The scientists have no idea which animal could do such things. Dr. Turner begins to suspect that the company which builds a tunnel beneath the bay might have poisoned the environment and caused an octopus to mutate to giant dimensions. Just at the same time a great sailing regatta with many children is started - among them Turner's nephew Tommy.
