Martyrs really disturbed me. I really liked it, but I thought about that movie for days after watching it.

I think The Ring and The Sixth Sense both had good creep factors to them. As far as weird / freaky movies I think Donnie Darko and Sweeney Todd were just plain weird!

Not sure what 'freaky' is. Good, bad.... but the movie that scared me THE most is Exorcist.

Definitely some freaky moments with these titles.

Eraserhead was uber weird, for sure. I could not bring myself to watch the Human Centipede. I must draw the line somewhere.

I haven't seen that one.
People Under the Stairs was pretty creepy.
My one that was the weirdest/creepiest to me was Jacob's Ladder. I saw it as a teenager and walked away confused & freaked out. Maybe I need to watch it again as an adult with more world experience and I'd do better with it.
If you're asking which movie scared me the most - hands down it was the Ring. I still can't explain why, but for like a week after I was jumping at shadows and if hubby wouldn't have laughed I would've slept with a light.
I'm looking for my inner athlete, but I'm afraid I may have eaten her. If I'm very quiet I can hear her screams of terror.
Dolores is my fat suit's name, and I hate her. She is named after the most dastardly character in recent literature and I'm going to work very hard to rid myself of her. When I break 200 going the right way, I get to lose her as my profile picture.

Videodrome by David Cronenberg. That movie is crazy.
A close second is Eraserhead. Just...disturbing.
