Mine haven't changed at all. I think it really depends on placement.

I've gone up and down a couple of times and my ink has just grown or shrunk with me.

I'm now in my mid 50's and so far my tattoos haven't changed any. I have a large bat across my back and its still awesome. What kind of piece do you plan on getting and where?

Sue

I'm curious about the changes in tattoos with weight loss? When you lost weight, did your tattoos shrink, too? Did they take on a different shape? Did they stay the same?

I've often thought about getting a big piece, but I keep telling myself, "When I lose weight I will..."
