Just watched an old Pride with CroCop's famous left kick ko'ing Wanderlei Silva. Dang that guy has a strong leg!

Was sad to see CroCop's work in the UFC Cage. Was hoping for more...

So I didnt do too bad on my picks. Good night of fights! That alexander fight was kind of funny. I was really impressed with Gray Maynard. Thought he would just fizzle out after the ultimate fighter show. And speaking of the show. I wish they were all that good. I can do without all of the reality BS. Just show some good training and fighting.

I agree with both of your comments. Not a big Parysian fan, but he can be very good if he trained hard. He's got some impressive wins under his belt. Diaz does have good jiu jitsu, but from watching his last couple of fights it seems he's got some decent striking as well. I think Hammill will be able to take down and keep down. I sure hope he has improved his pound game. Last couple of fights have been kind of boring as in take down hold down, no real action. And I've only seen alexanders highlights so haven't seen the sportsmanship. Maybe getting wooped last fight will have humbled him a bit.

Couple of comments:

Alves is a tough dude...toss up on that one.

If Boetsch can avoid the take down he might score an upset. If Boetsch could come out against Hammil like he did against David Heath in his last fight, he might have a chance. Hammil seems too strong as a wrestler to let that happen. Hammil will grab that front kick of Boetsch's and take him down for ground n pound.

I would like to see Irvin pull the win out. Not much of an Alexander fan...he just doesn't seem to have much class when he wins. I'm all for the stare down and smack talk before and during the fight...but when you win...win w class (Off my soap box now)

Those are pretty strong picks! I concur with all of them except Karo Parisyan, I really want him to loose, AND Din Thomas. I also hope Kurt Pellegrino pulls out a win as well but Nate has some great Jiu Jitsu.
