Not sure which Induction Phase you are doing. Atkins is usually "Induction" but beans and legumes are not allowed. South Beach Diet allows them. For Atkins, the Flax is ok. Many use the "Muffin in a Minute" recipe. It is here with the recipes but I will post it again:
One Minute Flax Muffin (Muffin in a Minute)
This is a borrowed recipe I do not claim this as an original. This was posted by Kim327 on the Low Carb Page.
1/4 cup of ground flax meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 or 2 packest splenda
1 large egg
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
NOTE you can use 1 large egg in place of the egg whtes, but it will raise the cholesterol and calories of the muffin.
Combine dry ingredient and wet ingredients separately then combine together whisk very good then put into a bowl sprayed with non stick spray and microwave for 45 seconds.
