I lost 30 pounds using South Beach. I never ate so much food. I had the amount of meat and then filled the rest of my plate with veggies. I walked for 120 minutes a day and did exercises with fit TV. Someone told me that channel is no more.
Today is my first day on south beach, actually my first time ever doing a "fixed" diet. Through exercise and portion control/cutting out junk I have lost 21 pounds. I am at a plateau and am excited about trying south beach to break through that plateau. Does anyone have any personal stories they would be willing to share of there experience with south beach diet? Thank you!
